We provide web-based online ordering systems and EPOS solutions for restaurants and takeaways.
- Pricing and Payment
- Online Ordering System:
- £25 per month + £50 one-time setup fee without tablet and printer
- £25 per month + £200 one-time setup fee including tablet and printer
- EPOS System:
- £10 per month + £50 one-time setup fee
- £10 per month + £200 one-time setup fee including tablet and printer
- Bundle Offer:
- £30 per month + £50 one-time setup fee
- £30 per month + £200 one-time setup fee including tablet and printer
Tablet and printer provided by us aren’t necessarily brand new but they come with a 3-month warranty. The warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by you, such as dropping the tablet or breaking it. Also, the setup fees which include the tablet and printer are non-refundable.
All payments must be made monthly in advance. No commissions or hidden fees apply.
- Setup and Activation
Upon receipt of the setup fee, we will activate your service within 3 – 5 working days.
- User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Users can cancel the service at any time, but they need to notify us one month in advance.
- Refund Policy
Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees of the billing cycle are not refunded.
- Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on our website and related services are owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
